The Site and its entire contents—including all text, graphics, logos, software, designs, and other materials—are the property of americanexpatcpa.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Allow your web browser to automatically cache files for display purposes.
Print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless americanexpatcpa.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Sheridan, Wyoming, or by telephone, and must be completed within 90 days of the initial demand. The arbitrator’s written decision will be final and binding.
12. General Provisions
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights at any time without notice.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede all prior understandings.
Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms by us shall be considered a waiver of any other provision. A waiver is only effective if it is in writing and signed by us.
